Welcome to Cottontail Critters lop rabbits.

We are located in the New Zealand in the Bay of Plenty.

We first decided to buy a Lop rabbit when we built a rabbit hutch.  We read about rabbits and decided  we would buy an orange doe and we called her Molly.  She was very exciting and we had a lot of fun with her.  We then decided to buy a broken black buck and called him Thumper. We now breed off Molly’s baby (Fluffball), and have brought in pedigree mini lops from other breeders.

We have thoroughly enjoyed their company and the experience of breeding rabbits.

We breed selfs and brokens

Our rabbits are handled daily to make sure they will always be very friendly
